This Refund Policy explains how YardRoom LLC processes approved refunds for orders placed in the United States.
Refunds are issued only when authorized by YardRoom LLC under our posted policies, confirmed order terms, or applicable law.
Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a refund.
Approved refunds are generally issued back to the original payment method used for the order.
If the original payment method is unavailable, YardRoom LLC may issue the refund by another reasonable method.
After a refund is approved, please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
If an order is canceled before production, procurement, or shipment begins, YardRoom LLC may issue a full or partial refund after deducting any non-recoverable design, processing, financing, or special-order costs already incurred.
Deposits or payments applied to custom, made-to-order, or special-order products may be non-refundable once production, material allocation, or logistics scheduling has begun, except where required by law or when YardRoom LLC is unable to deliver the product as agreed.
Original shipping, delivery, rush, setup, freight, storage, permit, and service charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due solely to our error or a verified product defect.
If you believe there is a billing issue, contact YardRoom LLC first so we can review and attempt to resolve it.
Filing a chargeback does not automatically entitle a customer to keep delivered goods or cancel contractual obligations.
