Returns Policy

This Returns Policy applies to purchases made from YardRoom LLC in the United States.

1. Return Authorization Required

Do not ship any item back without written authorization from YardRoom LLC.

To request a return, contact us within the applicable return window.

2. Custom-Built and Made-to-Order Products

Because many YardRoom structures are custom-built, made to order, or produced to customer-selected specifications, these products are generally not eligible for return once production has started, once shipment has been scheduled, or once delivery or installation has taken place, except where required by law or where the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order.

3. Standard Accessories and Non-Custom Items

Non-custom accessories and standard packaged items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify YardRoom LLC within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when possible.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping, freight coordination, insurance, and any handling charges associated with the return.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return unless required by law:

  • Custom-built or made-to-order structures once production has started
  • Installed, assembled, altered, or used items
  • Items missing original parts, packaging, or hardware
  • Clearance, final sale, or specially discounted closeout items

7. Inspection and Approval

Approved returns are subject to inspection after receipt. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, YardRoom LLC may deny the return or reduce the refund amount to account for damage, use, missing parts, or restoration costs.
