This Shipping Policy describes how YardRoom LLC handles order processing, delivery scheduling, and freight shipments for structures and accessories sold in the United States.

1. Shipping Coverage

YardRoom LLC currently serves customers in the continental United States. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, islands, or other special-access locations may require a custom quote and additional lead time.

2. Order Processing

Orders are reviewed after checkout for product details, delivery location, and site requirements.

We may contact you to confirm measurements, access, configuration details, or delivery timing before production or shipment is finalized.

3. Lead Times

Many YardRoom products are built to order. Estimated lead times shown on the website, in quotes, or in email updates are estimates only and may vary based on season, production volume, weather, carrier availability, and site-readiness requirements.

4. Delivery Scheduling

For large structures and freight deliveries, our team or delivery partner will contact you to schedule delivery.

Someone age 18 or older must be available to accept delivery and inspect the order.

5. Site Access and Preparation

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the delivery location, including clear entry paths, local permissions, and a properly prepared site if required for the purchased product.

Delays caused by blocked access, unsafe conditions, or incomplete site preparation may result in rescheduling charges.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping, delivery, setup, lift-gate, remote-area, permit, and similar fees may be shown separately at checkout, in a quote, or on your invoice depending on the product and destination.

7. Inspection on Delivery

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If there is visible freight damage, missing items, or delivery of the wrong product, note it with the carrier when possible and contact YardRoom LLC within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Shipping Delays

YardRoom LLC is not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, traffic, labor shortages, force majeure events, carrier disruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to keep customers informed when material delays occur.
